Orgain needed a high volume of fast-turnaround content, wanting to better react to emerging trends and cut costs. A bigger ask than our standard production process could keep up with. I started in an art direction and production support role, supporting the creative director where I could and keeping the set moving. As the new method settled, my speed, creativity, and value were noticed, and my role grew. Moving into a leadership role and becoming the creative director. On top of a little more involved studio shoot, I also led a small, agile team (myself, a photographer, and a social media manager) to fill content holes or react with more timely posts, built specifically to move faster than a traditional workflow would allow.
The agile model worked well enough that it became a template. I was tasked with replicating it on the Red Robin account, so the biggest result of this project wasn't just the improved content Orgain got, but a repeatable way of working that outlived the original engagement.
