Roles
  • Art Director: led a three-person agile “strike-force” team
  • Strategist: applied an agile model proven on the Orgain account to a new client
  • Producer: kept output climbing without adding headcount
The Approach

Based on results from a similar setup on the Orgain account, I was asked to build a small, fast-moving team for Red Robin's social content: myself, a social media manager, and a photographer. The goal was straightforward: produce more timely content, more often, without letting quality drop.

The Outcome

The strike-force model increased how much content got produced, improved how timely we could be, and cut out on-site client approvals, all while not adding headcount, proving the agile approach could work on a second account, not just the one it was built for originally.
